Transportation Services

The school buses are provided by the Office of Pupil Transportation (OPT). The Office of Pupil Transportation will no longer send family notices regarding your child’s bus route information. As per The Department of Education, all families are required to create/log into their NYC Schools Account (NYCSA) for busing information and more by visiting: NYC Schools Account.

If you haven’t created your NYC Schools Account (NYCSA), please reach out to the Parent Coordinator, Ms. Torres via email at: jtorres101@schools.nyc.gov Ms. Torres will then provide you with an “Account Creation Code” and steps on how to create your account.

***Please note parents should also inform the bus driver/matron of any particular problem your child may have while traveling to school. Remember, travel time is part of your child’s education.

If busing issues arise, you may contact your child’s bus company or the OPT Hotline at (718) 392-8855 to file a complaint. OPT will then provide you with a complaint number. Please share the complaint number with the Pupil Accounting Secretary, Ms. Quiles via email at: dquiles@schools.nyc.gov Ms. Quiles will then enter a bus violation on behalf of the school together with your complaint number.
