School Year 2022-2023

Emergency blue cards are retained from the school year. Please make sure that you reach out to your child’s school to confirm all emergency contact information the first week of school. Parents must keep the school informed of any changes in the original information that was entered on the card. When a child becomes ill or injured, it is very important that the school have the current address and phone numbers in order to contact that parent or guardian.

Please be sure to update it each year, or as any contact information changes over time.
